Commission on preliminary consideration of anti-doping rules violations of RAA RUSADA rendered the decision that made athlete Kuzmenko Lyudmila (speed skating) ineligible for 20 months for violation of art. 4.1 and 4.2 of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, the period commencing on April 04, 2023, with credit for the served period of provisional suspension.
