U.S. boxing athlete, Koon, receives sanction for anti-doping rule violation
Colorado Springs, Colo. (April 28, 2014) - USADA announced today that Paul Koon, of Philadelphia, Pa., an athlete in the sport of Boxing, has received a two-year suspension for committing an anti-doping rule violation due to his failure to file his whereabouts information.
