Sam Fellows
Solicitor, Holland Beckett
Sam is a lawyer based in Tauranga, New Zealand specialising in sports law, employment law and civil litigation. He has hold a LLB(Hons) and Master of Sport and Leisure Studies (Hons) from the University of Waikato.
Sam represents athletes and sporting organisations in disciplinary hearings, anti-doing proceedings, sponsorship disputes, employment disputes as well as contract negotiation and governance. Away from client work, Sam also lectures in Sports Law at the University of Waikato and Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology.
Sport is a key interest for Sam and outside of work he is a referee in the New Zealand Rugby High Performance Squad and spends any free time outdoors with his young family.
