Ahmad Ayoub is a Trainee Lawyer in Al Tamimi & Company’s Corporate & Commercial Department.
He specialises in corporate and commercial work, M&A transactions as well as corporate restructuring, incorporation/ transfer of incorporation of entities in/to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Ahmad provides day-to-day legal advice to corporate clients operating in the DIFC and UAE on-shore and public and private companies registered and operating in the UAE.
He also assists Steve Bainbridge with transactional elements underpinning the sports and events management sector from sponsorship agreements to event safety and security.
Prior to joining Al Tamimi, Ahmad interned at Allen & Overy’s corporate department in Dubai.
