Albert has extensive experience in advising a large number of multinational gambling operators in connection with their Spanish activities, covering regulatory, commercial and litigation advice. He currently coordinates our Gambling group in Spain.

He has been involved in the most relevant legal developments that have taken place in connection with this area in recent years in Spain. Particularly, he has been actively involved in the drafting works of the new Spanish gambling regulations as well as in the process of submission of applications for obtaining the first licences which are going to be shortly granted in Spain for the operation of gambling activities at a national level.

He has also been involved for years in the on-going legal advice provided to gambling operators in Spain, having advised them in connection with all relevant operative issues covering areas such as planning and executing advertising and promotional campaigns, drafting and negotiating commercial and technological agreements, or representation in procedures before the Spanish authorities.
