
Amran Nawaz
Amran Nawaz is a Manager with Secretariat's Damages and Forensic Investigations group based in Toronto. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA/CA) and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). Mr. Nawaz specializes in preparing business valuation and economic damage quantification for commercial litigation, international trade, and investment disputes. His work typically involves financial damages assignments, fraud investigations, dispute analyses, and litigation support.
Mr. Nawaz has provided valuation services since 2018 in the context of international arbitrations, commercial litigation, tax assessments, mergers and acquisitions, and internal business purposes. He has prepared expert opinions on valuation and economic damages issues on many continents, spanning multiple industry groups, including sports and entertainment, mining, infrastructure, telecommunications, aviation, real estate, rail transportation, retail, and healthcare, among others.
