Ashley is a Director, Disputes and Investigations at Alvarez & Marsal in London. He brings 15 years of professional experience, working with clients across a range of countries and industries, including sport.

Ashley's recent experience includes:

• Reviewing the sustainability, ethics, and related policies of sport clubs and leagues as part of A&M’s strategic partnership with the Global Sustainability Benchmark in Sport;
• Assisting with the largest audit negligence claim in UK history;
• Helping to prepare an expert forensic accounting report in relation to a dispute involving investments in Ukraine, Georgia and other countries. This involved reviewing bank transactions, commercial agreements and documents supporting payments over a 9-year period;
• Performing a funds-tracing investigation involving the flow of approximately $350m through a complicated series of transactions over a number of years; and
• Assisting with the quantification of damages in a dispute regarding a multi-year, multi-billion dollar contract between an aircraft manufacturer and a state-owned airline.
