Jackie is a UK and European trade mark attorney at Lewis Silkin. She has years of experience in the world of trade marks and has worked in trade mark attorney practices and law firms.

Jackie’s experience has lead her to advise on all aspects of trade marks and designs including, reviewing and devising strategies for trade mark and design portfolios at UK and worldwide level, trade mark searching, filing applications and trade mark disputes (opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings), as well as general management and maintenance of portfolios.

She has enjoyed advising a spectrum of clients and has acted for individuals, charities, small and large companies and famous, household names and various industries that include telecommunications, clothing, cosmetics, jewellery, sports goods, finance, real estate, publishing, a global energy company and various music artists.

Although she loves sport in general, Jackie is a keen football fan and is looking forward to the Euros 2016 tournament. She is a runner and has run two marathons (London and Dublin) and several half marathons.
