Kevin S. Blum is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Davis & Gilbert.  Mr. Blum represents companies, advertising agencies and individuals in connection with trademark and other intellectual property matters.

His practice encompasses all aspects of domestic and international trademarks, including clearance, registration, policing and enforcement, due diligence analysis, and drafting trademark license and coexistence agreements.

Mr. Blum counsels clients on issues surrounding the selection, registration and protection of trademarks, names, slogans and domain names. He also has experience in intellectual property disputes and infringement litigation in federal courts. Mr. Blum was recently involved in negotiating the licensing of college and professional sports trademarks on behalf of a sports accessory company, and regularly advises advertising agencies and advertisers in connection with trademark and other intellectual property issues, including sports-related advertising and marketing campaigns
