
Luís Villas-Boas Pires
Luís Villas-Boas Pires holds an Undergraduate Degree in Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Prior to his career in sports law, Luís worked for 11 years in both Lisbon and London as a M&A, Corporate and Capital Markets lawyer.
Having completed the FIFA Master in 2013, he is currently creating a youth sports academy in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, that will use sport as an educational tool to promote both peaceful coexistence and intercultural living among the youth population in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to create an environment in which the grassroots population of the country is able to use sports to satisfy social and physical needs, develop their competencies and assets and actively participate in building their community.
He is also an author of articles on various sports law topics and on his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, trying out new cuisine and giving goalkeeper-training classes to kids
