Osondu C. Nwokoro is the Managing Counsel of Greenfields Law which specializes in Sports Law, Information Communications Technology (ICT) Law, Policy and Regulation, Real Estate, Business Recovery and Dispute Resolution.

Osondu is a football intermediary duly registered with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) under the Federation of International Football Associations(FIFA) statutes and also a prominent member of the Football Intermediaries Association of Nigeria (FIAN). He is also a member, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb) and regularly applies these competencies to his sports law practice.  

He is an ardent believer that the lack of an effective football governance framework in Nigeria makes the industry unattractive to foreign and local investors. Thus, he actively advocates for the institution and optimal utilization of standard governance structures, including the establishment and inauguration of a functional and vibrant national dispute resolution chamber (NDRC) in line with FIFA prescriptions.

Osondu facilitates sessions on Sports Law on the Sports Business Management Programme of the Lagos Business School that is run in conjunction with La Liga and is regularly sought out for insights on legal, regulatory and governance trends in the Nigerian football industry.
