
Sam Vitty
Sam Vitty is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department of Morrisons Solicitors LLP where he provides advice in relation to contentious and regulatory matters to clients in a number of different areas.
Sam completed his training at EDF Energy plc where he was part of a large in-house commercial team advising on all aspects of the Electricity Industry but also Sport Sponsorship Agreements, Media and IP Rights including the London 2012 Olympic Games. Having completed a Post Graduate Course in Sports Management, Sport Governance and the Football Industry at the University of Birkbeck he has a long standing interest in the interaction between Sport and Law and has been the driving force behind the set up of Sports Law team at Morrisons Solicitors. He is also a registered lawyer with the Football Association for the representation of clubs and players in transfer negotiations.
A keen fan of both rugby and football, he has helped local rugby clubs in Funding Applications for the purpose of new facilities as well as writing a number of academic papers on sport marketing, management and governance.
Sam is a season ticket holder at Anfield, a playing member of Wimbledon RFC having previously been at Waterloo FC in Liverpool and an avid watcher and participant in anything sport related.
