Sarah Bruce is a Director in the Tax Team at law firm Walker Morris LLP.
She advises on all aspects of corporate and property taxation including providing tax structuring advice, seeking HMRC clearances and negotiating the tax aspects of corporate and property transactions.
She handles both contentious and non-contentious work and has a number of years' experience advising clients in respect of venture capital investment, including advising sellers, management teams and private equity investors.
She also has extensive experience of employee share option schemes for both listed and private clients, including both HMRC tax-advantaged schemes such as EMI, ESS, and CSOP, and also more bespoke shareholding schemes.
She has a particular interest in the taxation of property transactions including Stamp Duty Land Tax, VAT, and Capital Allowances.
