Shivam is a Sports Law and Dispute Resolution Attorney currently practicing in the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. He has represented athletes, sports associations and sports broadcasters before multiple dispute resolution forums in India.

Shivam has contributed peer reviewed articles to law journals in India and USA. His first law degree was from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, India. He completed his LL.M from Columbia Law School and was a Sports Law Researcher at Harvard Law School. He has previously worked as an Associate Attorney in the Advocate General's Office on general commercial and constitutional disputes at the Patna High Court in India.
