Stephen Nye is a partner in the Birmingham Serious Injury team.

Stephen deals with all types of serious personal injury cases, including adult brain injury, spinal cord injury, paediatric brain injury, amputations and limb loss, serious burns, chronic pain, PTSD, orthopaedic trauma and fatal accident claims.

Stephen deals with cases arising from road accidents, occupier liability claims, employer liability claims and public liability claims. Stephen has a particular interest in accidents at work, including falls from height, defective equipment, manual handling, construction site and agricultural accidents and cases involving vicarious liability. Stephen also has an interest in sports related claims.
