Tom is a Senior Associate at Wiggin, advising across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious HR issues.

As a dual employment and immigration specialist, he supports businesses and individuals across the full lifecycle of the employment relationship – from workforce mobility considerations through to employee disputes and exits. His recent experience includes employment tribunal litigation, drafting and negotiating service agreements, negotiating severances and settlement agreements, advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, handling data protection queries and advising on business immigration. He enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and getting to know the unique commercial drivers of the companies he works with. Having spent considerable time working in-house, he understands the importance of delivering practical, commercially-minded solutions to complex situations.

Prior to joining Wiggin in August 2023, he worked at Bird & Bird where he enjoyed secondments to a global media organisation, a UK copyright collection society and an online entertainment business.
