
Tomislav Kasalo
Tomislav Kasalo, Attorney at law, is a co-founder and partner at the Law office of Boro Rajic and Tomislav Kasalo, in Split, Croatia, since 14 March 2010. Tomislav has represented many athletes before national dispute resolution chambers, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts, FIFA DRC, CAS, and other competent courts and tribunals as well as negotiations with different sports clubs regarding the employment contracts.
In addition, Tomislav has also represented intermediaries before national dispute resolution chambers, courts of general jurisdiction, and other competent courts and tribunals, and represented intermediaries in negotiations with football players and football clubs. Regarding his involvement with football clubs, Tomislav has represented football clubs, before national dispute resolution chambers, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration courts, FIFA PSC, CAS, and other competent courts and tribunals as well as in transfer deals.
Tomislav has also participated as an outside consultant with the Croatian Ministry of science, education and sport in the drafting of the new Croatian Law on sports in 2015; he currently participates as an outside consultant with the Croatian State office of sport in the drafting of the new Croatian Law on sports.
As for his educational background and professional experience, Tomislav Kasalo graduated from the University of Split, Faculty of Law, in 2006, and attended the 4. semester of Postgraduate specialist studies of Sports law at the University of Split, Faculty of law. Tomislav then worked as a trainee with Attorney at law Boro Rajic in Split, Croatia, in the period as from 2006 until 2010. He passed a bar exam in Zagreb, Croatia in 2009 and was admitted to the Croatian Bar association on 14 March 2010
