Dutee Chand's lawyer, Jim Bunting, talks about their successful case at the CAS against the IAAF - Episode 29

In this interview, LawInSport's Sean Cottrell talks Jim Bunting, a lawyer at, Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg was part of the legal team that successfully represented Dutee Chand before the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the IAAF and the Athletics Federation of India.

The case centred on the IAAF's 'Regulations Governing Eligibility of Females with Hyperandrogenism to Compete in Women’s Competition'.

Ms Chand's case is a significant case not only on a personal front for the athlete, Ms Chand, but also for sports lawyers for the reasons that Jim explains in the interview.
