He is a leading lawyer in sport with over 30 years’ experience advising on cutting-edge issues including players rights, third-party interests and a broad spectrum of sports-related disputes. Graham recently assisted Fédération Internationale de Ski (FIS) in successfully concluding sensitive cross-border arbitration proceedings against it, with appellants withdrawing their appeal shortly before the decision was due to be handed down at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).  He has also lead a UK lender on financings involving a variety of football clubs in England and La Liga and has undertaken advisory and litigation/regulatory enforcement work for various interested parties and clubs in respect of the Financial Fair Play Regulations in the Premier League and English Football League, including in relation to two current and ongoing high- profile matters.
