Having qualified in September in 2023, Kyran’s main focus is on commercial law with particular attention on the sports’ sector.
On qualification and during his training contract, Kyran joined a prestigious Premier League club on secondment where he has advised on an extensive range of matters from across that club’s ranging departments. This includes partnership agreements, agency commission agreements, stadium licence agreements, content licence agreements, brand protection matters, and data protection matters.
This experience coupled with his knowledge gained through his training contract in sports law, intellectual property law and regulatory law allows Kyran to advise on a wide range of matters and meet the varied needs of clients in the sports sector.
