Lee has been specialising in Speciality Finance, Funds Finance and general Corporate Lending for over 20 years. Before joining Ashurst, Lee headed up the UK Corporate Bank and Global Restructuring Group legal teams at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
He has acted on over £40bn worth of funds financing having acted for all the major lenders across Europe and Asia including Bank side instructions for the highly successful EQT funds.
