Nicolas Zbinden

Nicolas joined the firm in 2015, after graduating with an LLM from the University of Cambridge. Nicolas’ practice is dedicated to sports law, with a particular focus on anti-doping. He has represented the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), International Federations and other sports organisations in more than a hundred cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the Swiss Federal Tribunal and other courts. Nicolas also advises sports organisations with respect to regulatory and governance matters. He sits on several commissions, including the WADA Legal Expert Advisory Group and the International Weightlifting Federation’s Anti-Doping Commission.
