I’ve been interested in the corporate world since school, which is why I chose to specialise in the area of corporate law. As a corporate solicitor, I get to know my clients and how their business works, key issues and their objectives, in order to deliver the best results.

I offer big firm expertise and experience, but at a more reasonable cost. I try to make the process as pain-free as possible and have many happy clients over many years, including OMB’s, multinationals, management teams, government organisations and trade associations.

Having previously managed a law firm for many years, I understand what’s involved when it comes to running a business on a number of levels. I help my clients run their businesses on the right side of the law, help them out of any scrapes and achieve a successful exit when the time is right. Specialist areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, reorganisations and company constitutional and governance issues.
