Gary Davies is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, with expertise in disputes and economics. He has over 20 years’ experience in forensic accounting; financial and economic analysis; and asset valuation. Gary has provided independent advice regarding damages in more than 50 large commercial disputes, and has served over one hundred expert reports, with significant testifying experience.

Experience includes:

• Engaging as an expert in a matter concerning and appeal made by Derby County Football Club in relation to a 12-point deduction imposed on it by The Football League after entering administration.
• Operating alongside major law firms, acting for companies and countries across the globe, including Samsung, the sovereign wealth fund of Oman, and The Kingdom of Bahrain.
• Advising companies on a range of non-contentious issues: valuations, business plan revies, financial restructurings, creditor negotiations, creditor advisory and strategic analysis.
