Imogen specialises in sport litigation and sport-related dispute resolution and governance. Her experience includes governing body investigations, arbitrations, disciplinary proceedings, contractual disputes and drafting compliance policies. In football, Imogen has experience advising a top six Premier League club on an overhaul of their safeguarding policies pre-empting a safeguarding audit as well as through the audit itself, advising various Premier League and EFL clubs on high profile and confidential matters including acting for a League Two Club in their defence of EFL disciplinary charge; and advising clubs on amendments to the Premier League Rules.
Imogen has spent time in house at a top six Premier League club where she gained experience of the vast array of unique challenges and opportunities that the sports industry faces, including the increasing importance of strong safeguarding governance and procedures
