I specialise in corporate law because I enjoy working with innovative business owners, getting an insight into how they run their business and helping the business to grow and thrive. Every day is different and I work with a variety of clients across many sectors, including tech companies, medical consultancies, construction companies and sports governing bodies.
I assist and advise organisations at all stages of their life cycle – ranging from advice on general company law matters to significant transactions. I pride myself on an approach that’s diligent, attentive and personable, and I won’t overcomplicate matters by using unnecessary jargon. My work focuses on all aspects of corporate work, from company incorporations and shareholders agreements to reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
