Leanne is a Senior Associate and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in Osborne Clarke's Intellectual Property Disputes group.
Leanne is an expert in global brand protection and management, specialising in trade marks and designs. Her practice includes providing strategic brand protection advice from the launch of a new brand or product, including clearance searches, through to prosecuting trade mark and design applications. She also handles contentious proceedings before the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices and cross border disputes, and manages and maintains global trade mark and design portfolios. Leanne also has keen interest in the application of intellectual property law in professional sport and is a member of Osborne Clarke's Sport group.
