Paul Harris KC
Paul is a highly experienced commercial litigator, known for his court room and strategic skills and his ability to relate to clients. He also sits as an arbitrator in commercial and sports matters and gives evidence as an expert witness. His reputation extends, in particular, to the fields of administrative/public, broadcasting, general commercial, competition including collective actions and subsidy control, energy, entertainment, European, pharmaceuticals and sports law.
Building on his success in 2020, when he led the successful appeal before CAS by Manchester City FC against the decision by UEFA to ban the Club from the Champions League, and as Barrister of the Year in 2021, Paul’s practice sees him enjoying current further successes for Manchester City FC, leading the actions for the Club in respect of APTs (2024 and 2025) and in defence of the PL’s disciplinary charges (pending).
