Pauline Cowie

Pauline is a commercial lawyer specialising in strategic commercial agreements including joint ventures, collaborations, franchising, licensing and sponsorship. She also advises clients on hotel and facilities management agreements as well as supply, manufacturing, agency and distribution agreements.

Pauline’s sports experience includes advising on promotional and endorsement agreements, manufacture and supply of sports supplements, sponsorship agreements, agreements with organisers of events and conferences, venue hire and international opportunities.

She has extensive international experience working with brands on international opportunities through a variety of different structures often through some form of brand licensing.

She is a former member of the British Franchise Association’s Legal Committee and a regular speaker at franchise events. She has been frequently named as a Leading Individual in the legal directories for her franchising expertise and as one of the Best Lawyers in the UK for franchising.
