Riya Rajkumar Sharma

Ms. Riya Rajkumar Sharma is a Counsel at AM Sports Law and Management Co., where she primarily leads the firm’s transactions and advisory work in gaming, media, and data privacy law. She brings a strong foundation in intellectual property, backed by extensive experience across technology, trademarks, and copyrights.

Before joining the firm, Riya worked in-house at a leading production and talent management company, where she gained hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating agreements relating to content production, celebrity engagements, brand endorsements, talent and sponsorship deals, licensing, and online gaming advertising compliance, as well as website terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

In addition to her law degree, Riya holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from N.M. College of Commerce and Economics and a Master’s degree in English Literature, equipping her with a unique blend of business acumen and communication expertise that complements her legal practice. A former Teach for India fellow, Riya brings to her work strong research and presentation skills, along with a rare ability to simplify complex legal documents without compromising their precision or integrity, qualities that distinctly set her apart.
