Russ qualified as a Trade Mark Attorney in 2019, and has been with Stobbs since the founding of the company in 2014. He has gained significant experience in the filing, prosecution and opposition of trade mark applications in the UK, Europe and internationally.

He has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors (in particular, the sports, alcoholic beverages and financial sectors) on everything brand protection and enforcement related, and has developed an acute commercial awareness that helps clients protect, enforce and ultimately maximise their brands. He is proud to be a part of such a young, dynamic and successful firm, and looks forward to many more years serving our clients best interests with respect to their IP matters!

Outside of work, he enjoys keeping fit by running, cycling (or working out in his recently converted garage-gym), as well as enjoying time with (and running around after) his wife and daughter.
