Shaney Stevens-Neale

Shaney advises football clubs, players and agents on a range of sports commercial, corporate, and football finance matters.

Her time on secondment at a Premier League football club provided invaluable experience in sports commercial and corporate work, including venue hire agreements, partnership agreements, and handling contentious issues relating to misconduct both on and off the pitch.

Shaney has advised on multiple mergers and acquisitions across the Premier League, EFL, and National League, advising on legal and strategic aspects throughout the deal process. She also works closely with clubs on a broad spectrum of financial matters, including securing corporate funding solutions and structuring transfer-related financing.

In addition, Shaney supports the wider team on sports-related dispute resolution and has experience handling disciplinary cases under FA, Premier League, and EFL regulations.
