Tanya Gross

Tanya Gross is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura. She has a decade of experience managing investigations and disputes involving data and has led large scale evidence and disclosure management exercises in the UK, France, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, the Middle East and the US. Tanya co-leads Ankura’s data and technology practice and leads the team’s client delivery and practice development across Europe, EMEA and APAC.

Experience includes:

• Supported several data consulting engagements in the financial services and energy sector, all of which have involved assessing how clients can improve their data harvesting techniques and e-discovery processes by providing recommendations to reduce cost and mitigate risk.
• Provided executive level oversight on a criminal investigation at a media company, which resulted in the capture and restoration of over 20TB’s of data from the company’s systems. This came in response to allegations of bribery of senior public officials and phone hacking.
• Worked on a consulting engagement with a large energy organisation, which involved assessing their historical approach to e-discovery and understanding policy surrounding information and data governance.
