Recent years have produced a number of striking legal questions in Paralympic sport on issues such as classification, misrepresentation and access to justice for para athletes.

As part of the Grand Finals of the Sports Law Arbitration Moot (“SLAM 2023”) & Seminar at the Court of Arbitration for Sport on 22 April 2022, Alexander Engelhard & Dr. David Stadtfeld of ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN were joined by para athletes Ali Jawad PLY and Josia Topf to discuss what could be done to better safeguard the rights of para athletes in dispute resolution.
