France front-row Barnabé Massa will appear before an independent judicial committee on Thursday, 6 July having received a red card in France’s Pool A match against Wales at the World Rugby U20 Championship on 4 July for an offence contrary to Law 9.20(a) (charging into a ruck/maul).
The independent Disciplinary Committee that will hear the matter is chaired by Marcello d’Orey (Portugal), joined by former international coach Frank Hadden (Scotland) and former international player David Croft (Australia).
