The 2020 changes to FIFA’s Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players
On 13 February, in Circular letter nº 1709[1], FIFA communicated new and important amendments to its Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP)[2], some of which will positively affect the rights of training clubs.
