Monday, 07 October 2013In this episode Sean Cottrell, founder of LawInSport, speaks to Jeff Benz (@jeffbenz), an American sports lawyer, former General Counsel of the United States Olympic Committee and an Arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Jeff talks about new practice as a Door Tenant at 4 New Square Chambers in London, his recent visit to Kenya with CAS where he discussed the procedural changes to the CAS rules and the changes 3rd draft of the revised World Anti-Doping Code (WADA). Jeff also shares what he considers to be the most interesting case he has worked on and talks about his involvement with the Sports Lawyers Association (@sportslawyers) and the British Association for Sport and Law.
