In February 2022, viewers around the world were dazzled by the skill and courage of athletes participating in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games. Behind the competitions held at Beijing 2022, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), through an Ad Hoc Tribunal (CAS Ad Hoc Division), worked to arbitrate disputes over qualification and eligibility and doping-related matters. This article summarises the decisions.
