Anna Caruso
Anna is an intellectual property and commercial Associate at Lewis Silkin. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, Anna undertook a LLM in Intellectual Property at Queen Mary University and later completed her training as a solicitor at a leading global law firm.
Throughout Anna's training, she further developed her interest and knowledge of IP law while working in the IP litigation and TMT practice groups. She also spent six months on client secondment at Warner Bros’, sitting in the EMEA IP enforcement and protection in-house team.
Anna advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and commercial matters across a diverse range of industry sectors. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including licensing agreements, co-existence agreements, co-production agreements as well as advising on intellectual property enforcement and infringement matters. She also has experience in all aspects of corporate brand development, brand management and brand protection.
