Gino provides advice to employers on the full life cycle of an employee. This includes drafting, negotiating and advising on service agreements at the hiring stage and settlement agreements at the exit stage for top level executives and employees; advising employers on "day to day" employment advice including disciplinary and grievance procedures and investigations; advising and representing employers defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court; and assisting with due diligence and employment-related advice in large-scale corporate transactions.
