Harry Kinmonth is an associate in the media team at RPC.  He joined RPC in 2011 in order to specialise on media disputes, having previously trained at Herbert Smith before working in their litigation team for three years post qualification.

Harry handles a wide variety of work, acting exclusively in the defence of media clients, including specialist sports publications and broadcasters.  He provides both pre- and post-publication advice on privacy and defamation issues, as well as contempt of court, reporting restrictions and applications for disclosure against media entities (both in criminal and civil proceedings).  He also advises media insurers and their clients.
