Laura is a senior associate in the employment team at Penningtons Manches Cooper in Reading. She acts for individuals, corporate clients across a variety of sectors, and staff associations and their members on a broad range of employment law matters. These include contentious and non-contentious issues, such as capability and conduct concerns, redundancy, TUPE, and whistleblowing. She also has experience of bringing and defending employment tribunal litigation, and negotiating settlements.
