Natalia Kisliakova is an Associate in the International arbitration group at KIAP Law Firm. Natalia specialises in commercial arbitration, sports arbitration, commercial litigation and private international law. Natalia also teaches sports law in two major Russian Universities and works under her PhD on issues of the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Natalia has experience of representing clients in disputes before different tribunals in various jurisdictions (ICC, LCIA, CAS, VIAC, ICAC, HKIAC, ICJ, PCA, ECHR, DIS) as well as before Russian and foreign state courts. Natalia's arbitration and litigation practical experience spans over a variety of sectors, including real estate, oil and gas, banking, sports, construction as well as general commercial disputes out of trans-border contracts. Previously Natalia was actively involved in public law inter-state disputes on human rights.
Natalia Kisliakova is the head of Young IMA Sports arbitration group and is an active participant of other youth arbitration groups, she is an author of several publications on sports arbitration, and is also a regular speaker at arbitration conferences.
