Philip Gibbs

Philip is a barrister with over 20 years call specialising in Crime and Sports Law. Philip was recently co – counsel at the Court of Arbitration for Sport acting for Taekwondo Olympic gold medallist Mu Yen Chu and Chinese Taipei against the International Olympic Committee. 

Philip is an experienced advocate and sometime lecturer. He has acted for the British Swimming Association and other sporting bodies. He spoke at the recent De Montfort University/BASL Sports Law conference and he is the author of the Sports Law blog gibbsbarrister.blogspot.com.
