Jake is a founding member of the sports and entertainment team at Lawrence Stephens.
He advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters within sport, with a particular focus on men’s and women’s football.
Contentious matters include advising clients in successful disputes before The FA, FIFA, the Court of Arbitration for Sport and other internal sport dispute resolution bodies.
Non-contentious matters include advising clients on image rights, sponsorship, commercial, employment, regulatory and cross-border corporate matters.
Given his international practice, Jake frequently collaborates with colleagues from a variety of countries, backgrounds, and jurisdictions.
