James Taylor

James is a tax manager in the Sports & Entertainment Tax team, specialising in personal tax matters for overseas athletes and artistes coming to the UK for either short-term performances or to set up residence. He works with a number of high profile athletes as well as retaining a portfolio of entrepreneur based personal tax clients.

Having worked with tennis players and F1 drivers who frequently travel around the world performing in different territories, James has built up a knowledge of worldwide withholding tax matters and a network within the Nexia international framework to help clients with their worldwide filings.

James qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2017 and moved to Saffery in September 2018 to develop a career in the Sports & Entertainment Group having worked with these types of clients in the past.
