Corporate Crime in Sport Roundtable
On the 25th February we are jointly hosting, with Osborne Clarke & Matrix Chambers, a roundtable discussion for senior lawyers, compliance, and finance professionals working in sport, on how sports organisations can prepare for the new "Failure to Prevent Fraud" offence under the UK's Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. Organisations attending include top football clubs, motorsport teams, agencies and media companies.

January Event Recaps
Thank you to everyone who spoke and attended our Sports Stadia Development Conference in London, co-hosted by 39 Essex Chambers, Walker Morris, TLT, and Gowling; and the annual Sports Governance, Compliance, and Investigations Conference, in Lausanne, Switzerland co-hosted with Ankura.
Summaries of both events will be published later this week.
We also held a Commercial Negotiation Workshop with David Murray, hosted by Chris Bond, LawInSport, with 40+ organisations including top football clubs, sports agencies, motorsport teams and professional service firms.
