Football transfer rules to be discussed at the British Association for Sport and Law Conference
With just a couple of weeks to go until this year's conference we are delighted to announce our Hot Topics session.
With transfer rules currently dominating the media agenda and with the transfer windows now a key part of each football season we have assembled an expert panel to talk about how the window originated and why it has become a media event in its own right, its upsides and downsides and about how football transfers work in general.
The panel, chaired by Charles Russell Speechly partner, Ian Lynam and including leading long time football agent Jon Smith and Sky Sports News Chief News Reporter Bryan Swanson will discuss and debate this fascinating topic.
