The Agent, Daniel Hazan, and the American Player, Jequan Lewis, filed a claim against the Greek Club, PAOK Basketball Club, for outstanding salaries, agent fees, airfare reimbursement and interest.
The Basketball Arbitral Tribunal declines its jurisdiction in the arbitral proceeding BAT 1495/20 initiated by Messrs. Daniel Hazan and Jequan Lewis against PAOK Basketball Club.
The costs of this arbitration until the present Award, which were determined by the President of the BAT to be in the amount of EUR 1,900.00, shall be borne jointly by Messrs. Daniel Hazan and Jequan Lewis. The balance of the Advance on Costs, in the amount of EUR 4090.00,
