ISU hearing to take place in front of Court of Justice of the European Union July 11 2022
Since 2015 EU Athletes stands alongside Mark TUITERT and Niels KERSHOLT on their legal battle against the International Skating Federation (ISU).
Anti-competitive practices by governing bodies throughout European sport and world sport have restricted the livelihood of athletes and in many cases have imposed or threatened them with disproportional bans.
We are please to see that after 7 years of procedure, on July 11 2022, the Grand Chamber of the Court of Justice of the European Union will hold a hearing on the ISU case.
EU Athletes will be present at the hearing taking into account the extremely high importance of that case for athletes in Europe and around the world.
